REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Shopmillsworth, ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. We understand that there might be instances where you need to return or exchange an item, and we’re here to assist you every step of the way.

We accept returns in cases where an item is faulty or if a wrong order was delivered to you. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

If any of these situations occur, you have 48 hours from the item’s receipt to return it to our address. Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it. If it meets our standards, our customer care representative will contact you regarding exchange eligibility. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of our receipt of the item.

Please bear in mind that the return shipping fee and the cost of exchange back to your address are the customer’s responsibility.

For a return or exchange to be processed, specific conditions must be met:

  1. All items must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unused, and with original tags and packaging intact.
  2. No visible makeup or deodorant marks on the items.

Please note that the following items are excluded from returns:

  • Free gifts/Promotional items
  • Sale/Discounted items
  • Bodysuits/Intimates/Bikinis
  • Visibly worn items
  • Select white items
  • Items beyond the return window

Ensure that your address details are accurate. In cases where an item is returned to us as undelivered, any additional delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
